I cant stay awake after i eat1/17/2024 ![]() Also if I haven’t been having full bowel movements for long periods of time and a certain meal will just set if off. From the fast blood sugar rise and blood sugar falling after eating the sugar and carbs which explains a lot as to why I just felt like I was going to pass out. It sometimes happens after days of eating lots of salads especially with pumpkin seeds or a pig out. I have to put my head between my legs so I don’t pass out which I read somewhere.
